Cookie Policy

Effective date: 1 September 2026 Version: 1.0 Applies to: https://b2b-leads.biz

§ 01

Scope of this Policy

This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar technologies are used on the website https://b2b-leads.biz („Website”), operated by Omnexis Group LLC („we”, „us”), what each one does, how long it lasts, and how you can control it.

It applies to the Website only. It does not apply to the datasets we compile for clients, which contain no cookie data of any kind. How we process personal data more generally is described in the Privacy Policy, and the commercial terms of our services in the Terms of Service.

§ 02

What Cookies Are

A cookie is a small text file that a website asks your browser to store on your device. When you return, the browser sends the file back, so the site can recognise the same session or remember a setting.

This Policy also covers technologies that work similarly without being cookies in the strict sense:

  • Local storage and session storage — browser storage used to keep a value such as a consent choice on your device;
  • Pixels and tracking images — small image requests used to register that a page was loaded;
  • Server-side session identifiers — a reference stored in a cookie that points to data held on our server.

Cookies are also distinguished by lifespan and by who sets them. Session cookies are deleted when you close the browser; persistent cookies remain for a defined period. First-party cookies are set by this Website; third-party cookies are set by another domain whose content is embedded in a page.

§ 03

Legal Basis for Cookies

Storing information on your device is governed by Article 5(3) of Directive 2002/58/EC (the ePrivacy Directive) as implemented in national law, alongside the GDPR where the information constitutes personal data.

Under those rules:

  • Strictly necessary cookies — those without which the Website or a function you have expressly requested cannot work — may be set without consent. Where such a cookie also involves processing of personal data, our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest in providing a functioning and secure service.
  • All other cookies — including analytics, preference, and any marketing cookies — require your prior consent under Article 5(3) of the Directive, and are processed on the basis of Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.

Consent is requested through the cookie banner shown on your first visit. Non-essential cookies are not set before you make a choice. Declining is as easy as accepting, refusal is not treated as consent, and continuing to browse without making a choice is not treated as consent either.

§ 04

Categories We Use

We group cookies into the following categories. Only the first is set without your consent.

CategoryWhat it doesConsent
Strictly necessaryMaintains your session, protects forms against cross-site request forgery, records your cookie choice, and supports page caching and load balancing.Not required
PreferencesRemembers non-essential settings such as language, so you do not need to set them again on your next visit.Required
AnalyticsProduces aggregate statistics on how many people visit, which pages they read, and where they arrive from, so that we can improve the Website.Required
MarketingWould allow measurement of advertising campaigns or retargeting across other websites.Required — none in use
We do not run advertising or retargeting The Website carries no advertising, no retargeting pixels, no social media tracking widgets, and no cross-site advertising identifiers. Our clients reach us through direct enquiry, not through ad networks, so there is nothing on this site that needs to follow you elsewhere. Should that change, this Policy will be updated and consent will be requested before any such cookie is set.

§ 05

Analytics — set only with your consent

NamePurposeDuration
[ANALYTICS COOKIE NAMES][Distinguishes visitors and sessions in order to produce aggregate traffic statistics. Provider: [NAME]. Complete this row from your provider’s own cookie declaration, or delete the whole analytics table if no analytics tool is installed.][DURATION]

Server access logs are kept independently of cookies, for security and abuse prevention, and are described in the Privacy Policy rather than here. They are not affected by your cookie choice.

§ 06

Third-Party Cookies

The Website loads a small number of resources from third-party domains. Where a third party sets a cookie or receives your IP address, the following applies:

  • Web fonts — typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts. This service does not set cookies, but the request discloses your IP address to Google. If you prefer to avoid this, the fonts can be self-hosted on request; write to privacy@b2b-leads.biz.
  • Analytics provider — [NAME, OR DELETE THIS LINE IF NONE]. Set only after consent.
  • Payment providers — Wise pages are opened separately when you make a transfer. Any cookies set there are governed by that provider’s own cookie policy, not this one.

We do not embed social media buttons, comment systems, chat widgets, video players, or maps that would set third-party cookies on our pages. Where we link to an external site, that site’s own policies apply once you follow the link.

§ 07

Managing Your Consent

On your first visit a banner asks which categories you accept. You may accept all, reject all non-essential cookies, or choose category by category.

You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the cookie settings link in the Website footer. Withdrawal is as easy as giving consent, and takes effect immediately for future processing; it does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

After withdrawal, cookies already stored are not deleted automatically by the withdrawal itself. To remove them from your device, use your browser controls as described in §8.

Your consent choice is stored for [6 or 12 months], after which the banner is shown again. Clearing your cookies also clears the record of your choice, so the banner will reappear.

§ 08

Browser Controls

Independently of our banner, every major browser lets you view, delete, and block cookies. The relevant settings are usually found under privacy or site data:

  • Chrome — Settings → Privacy and security → Third-party cookies / Site data;
  • Firefox — Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data;
  • Safari — Settings → Privacy → Manage Website Data;
  • Edge — Settings → Cookies and site permissions;
  • Mobile browsers — the equivalent privacy section of the app settings.

Blocking all cookies, including strictly necessary ones, will prevent the contact form from submitting and will cause the cookie banner to reappear on every page, because the record of your choice cannot be stored.

§ 09

Personal Data in Cookies

Cookies used on the Website do not contain your name, email address, company details, or the content of any brief you submit. They hold random identifiers, technical flags, and your consent choice.

An identifier stored in a cookie may nonetheless constitute personal data where it can be linked to you, in particular when combined with an IP address. Where that is the case, the processing is covered by our Privacy Policy, and you have the rights set out in §12 of that document — access, erasure, objection, restriction, and withdrawal of consent.

We do not use cookies to profile visitors, to build audience segments, or to make automated decisions about anyone.

§ 10

Changes to this Policy

We update this Policy whenever the cookies in use change. The current version number and effective date appear at the top of this page.

Where we introduce a new category of non-essential cookie, we request fresh consent before setting it; an existing consent is not carried over to a new purpose.

§ 11
